Guru Rawji with his Master's Degree in Science has over 15 years of progressive and successful technical experience in International Telecommunications in USA, Canada, Europe, Asia (India, Singapore, South Korea and Hong Kong) and Middle East.
He is a Certified Telecommunications Specialist and a Certified Network Specialist. He has undergone several in- service trainings in Telecommunications Technology.
Guru Rawji before establishing Aarti Infotel has hands-on technical experience in major projects both national and international with large carriers, Service providers, ISPs and resellers in North America, Europe and Asia. He is familiar with International Standards and corporate cultures.
He is a member of Canadian Telecommunication Consultants Association and Associate member of American Society of Test Engineers.

Dr. Vladimir Kaminsky PhD, Senior Consultant
Dr. Vladimir Kaminsky with his PhD from Moscow, has been working in telecommunications industry for over 30 years. He started his carrier in Europe, where he worked on effective coding of digital information for various types of communications channels. During the last twenty years, he held engineering and management positions in Bell System companies. His responsibilities included analysis of technical and economical solutions for broadband optical networks in support of product planning and development. He has worked on the design and implementation of major carrier networks.
His practical experience combined with an extensive academic background give him a deep technical understanding of telecommunications technologies, such as SONET, SDH, DWDM, satellites, and terrestrial transmission

Professor in Pratt Institute (taught “Satellite and Terrestrial Communications” and “Fiber Optic Communications” courses)
Developed and taught technical courses at Telcordia (“SONET Technology and Applications” 3-day course; “Optical Communications” 2-day course; others)

Sujatha, Associate
Sujatha with her Post Graduate diploma in Computer Applications has over 12 years of Technical experience in Telecommunication industry. She has undergone several in-service trainings in Telecom. As Cisco Certified Network Associate, she has designed and implemented small to large networks in North America and abroad. Prior to get associated with Aarti Infotel, she also held Hi-tech Sales and Project management positions with different Telecom companies in North America.
She is in-charge of Aarti Infotel in Quebec and North Eastern provinces and based in Montreal.
Sanjaya Sharma, Associate
Sanjaya Sharma with his master's degree in engineering has over 10 years technical experience in wireless communications. He worked in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, China, Cambodia, Laos, Zimbabwe and Colombia.
He is in charge of Aarti Infotel consulting in wireless communications. Wireless Security and implementation of wireless network including installation, testing and commissioning, TDMA, CDMA migration, sharing spectrum resources, migration techniques are some of his expert areas.
